General Use By accessing content within the NetbookNavigator.com website, you agree to all terms set forth in this agreement. As part of your browsing of this website, you may be asked or required to submit personal information before gaining access to restricted areas. By doing so, you affirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate, and allow us to use this information for internal operations, sales and marketing decisions. Purchase Agreement When placing an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase goods and/or services from Netbook Navigator. We will send a confirmation letter to the email address on file when we receive your order once pricing and availability has been validated. This letter represents a contract made between the Buyer and Seller. Payment will be processed in accordance with this contract. Prices exclude all federal, state, local, or other government taxes, fees, or charges now in effect or instated in the future. If applicable, sales tax will be calculated on the invoice. Payment Terms Buyer agrees to make payment for all items expressed in the invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, full payment must be transferred prior to acceptance of your order. No credit card information will be stored on our server. All payments are processed over secure SSL encryption through a third party payment gateway. For specific terms regarding third party payments, please see the appropriate policy for the selected payment gateway. All payments will be billed to the Buyer’s billing address on file. Delivery All quoted ship dates are approximations. If no specific instructions for shipping are provided, Netbook Navigator will use default shipping carrier. Buyer assumes all responsibility for shipping costs unless stated otherwise. All products will be shipped in standard commercial packaging unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. If special packaging is wanted or needed, the cost will be invoiced separately before shipment. Netbook Navigator may discontinue, change or modify products or services without prior notice. In these cases, a modified version of the product or service ordered of equal or greater value may be substituted if it meets the specifications of the original order. Should order not meet Buyer’s desired specifications, Buyer may return or exchange the product in accordance with the return policy outlined below. All shipments are processed from Netbook Navigator’s distribution facility. Time of delivery stated starts from time the package is picked up by carrier to the time it is delivered to Buyer’s address. Ownership of any Product (not including software, which remains the property of the software licensor) shall pass to Buyer upon shipment from facility. Any loss or damage incurred while shipment is in transit will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support for further assistance if product arrives in less-than-perfect condition. Return Policy Non-defective products may be returned within 7 business days after product is received. To process a return, please send an email to Support@NetbookNavigator.com referencing your online order number, and state your reason for the return. A response will be sent within 24 hours with specific instructions on how to complete the return process. For immediate assistance, call our support line at (888) 638-6281 ext 2. Non-defective returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. All returns must be sent in manufactures original packaging with the product, including all parts, accessories, adapters, manuals and software disks, etc. Buyer is responsible for cost of any missing parts. Warranty If product arrives damaged, please notify carrier (UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc.) immediately. Defective products may be exchanged for an identical replacement within 30 days of delivery date. Hardware defects are covered under a 1-year manufacturer warranty and can be sent back to manufacturer for repair while covered under this policy. Any product incurring accidental, incidental or any other damage after delivery will not be covered under this policy. For repairs for damages incurred after delivery, please send an email to Support@NetbookNavigator.com referencing your order number with a detailed explanation of the damage. A response will be sent within 24 hours with an invoice for estimated cost of the repair and instructions how to complete the process. We will not disclose any personal information provided to us (name, address, email, or phone number) to any other parties.
